Zendaya is ‘ready to have the time of her life’ with fiancé Tom Holland

Zendaya her beau is reportedly “ready to spend his life.” Tom Hollandand is looking forward to starting a family with the actor.

She caused quite a stir at the recent Golden Globe Awards when she was spotted holding an engagement ring believed to be worth around $500,000.

However, it has since been confirmed that Zendaya and Tom Holland are engaged, as he proposed sometime during the holidays.

Following their whirlwind romance after meeting on the set of Spider-Man: Homecoming in 2017, sources close to the couple have revealed that they are ready to take their relationship to the next level and will consider starting a family once they have married

According to reports, Holland has already proposed to Zendaya, according to an insider Daily Mail that he took the “old-fashioned” approach and got permission from her family before asking her to marry him.

“The proposal was sweet and romantic and happened during the holidays,” the insider shared. “He did it the old-fashioned way and got permission from her parents. Everyone is thrilled.”

The source continued: “They are the most normal couple in the house and she is ready to spend the rest of her life with him. She’s got everything she’s ever dreamed of, and next on her list is marrying Tom and starting a family.”

It comes after the Euphoria star set tongues wagging as she held up her engagement ring at the Golden Globes in Los Angeles on Sunday.

She wore a tangerine Louis Vuitton dress and a new bob hairstyle to the event, but it was the glittering piece of jewelry, which is estimated to be worth around $500,000, that caught the attention of many.

Speaking about Zendaya’s decision to show off the ring at the star-studded awards ceremony, a source told the news outlet that the actress “knew what she was doing when she wore that ring and she didn’t care.”

They continued: “She also knew it was going to come out, but she was ready for it. She loves Tom and he’s been there for her through it all. They have a unique private romance and although they may seem very opposites, nothing can be further from the truth.”

Meanwhile, Zendaya was shocked when she realized that Holland was proposing to her.

“Tom and Zendaya have discussed marriage for years, but Zendaya had no idea he was planning to propose,” the insider said Page six. “They both value their privacy, so Tom wanted to keep his privacy as well.”

Zendaya and Holland are so committed to raising a family that it would seem they would forego hiring a nanny in favor of a more hands-on approach to parenting.

In a conversation with “Men’s Health” magazine.Holland opened up about his intention to quit acting and become a stay-at-home dad once they have children.

He has seemingly confirmed that he will be actively involved in all aspects of their children’s lives and will play sports from time to time.

“When I have kids, you won’t see me in the movies anymore,” he told the news outlet. “Golf and dad — and I’ll just disappear off the face of the earth.”

A source who spoke with Daily Mail also revealed that the couple “don’t want to be a couple that has babysitters and babysitters taking care of their kids.”

“One of them will always be there for their kids when they have kids,” the insider said. “They want to have a traditional family, and they don’t have a team at home right now. It’s just them, and they love it so much.”
