Retired NFL star Jason Kells made fun of his appearance during Philly’s Lookalike Contest.

During an appearance on ESPN’s “Monday Night Countdown,” the Ohio native gave his thoughts on the competition.

Jason Kelce jokes that he’s an “overweight white guy with a beard”

The former Philadelphia Eagles Center watched a video of the Jason Kelce doppelgänger challenge on December 16th, but didn’t seem too impressed with what he saw!

The competition took place in Philadelphia’s Rittenhouse Square Park on Saturday, December 14. Two days later, the 37-year-old gave his take on the contest on ESPN’s “Monday Night Countdown.”

“News! Any overweight white guy with a beard looks like me,” he joked in the comments, which were copied Peoplemagazine.

Jason thought it was an “easy contest”

After watching the clip, Jason felt that replicating his trademark image was not a big deal.

“This is an easy competition. There is absolutely nothing unique about any of these gentlemen, except that they are large men with beards,” he added.

However, he told host Scott Van Pelt that there was one person who caught his eye. The contestant was wearing a Fairisle zip-up jacket and sported Jason’s signature beard. “This guy is spot on,” Jason said, adding, “This is my new profile picture.”

For fans wondering what the man looked like, Jason was true to his word and actually made the photo of the man his own new profile picture on Xthe social media platform formerly known as Twitter.

Jason Kelce disapproved of the contest winner

Unfortunately, the person he chose did not actually win the contest. Instead, Jason wanted “the guy in the sweater” to win the prize.

After the clip, Jason said it was “upsetting” to see “thousands” of people look like him, but it seems they could use a little help from his wife, Kylie Kellswho offered tips to contestants on how to look like Jason in the second episode of her new podcast, I Won’t Lie.

In the episode, which premiered on Thursday, December 12, she advised contestants to wear a “heavy sweater” with “some design.” If they didn’t have such a sweater, she also assured that a velor tracksuit with an Italian flag would also score big points.

Jason will not face disciplinary action over phone swearing incident

On Nov. 2, an unidentified man approached Jason Kelce during the Pennsylvania vs. Ohio State football game in Pennsylvania and made a homophobic comment about his brother: Travis Kelcewho is currently dating a pop star Taylor Swift.

The man asked, “Hey Kelce. How do you feel about your brother starting to date Taylor Swift?” Jason Kelce can be seen breaking down a grudge over the phone before asking: “Who the hell now?”

This was reported by the press secretary of the University of Pennsylvania police on December 10 TMZ Sports that Jason will not be disciplined for the destruction of property because no one has come forward to claim they were the person in the video.

“The person in the video footage circulating on social media has not been identified, and no one has contacted the university police with an appropriate complaint about damage to personal property,” the statement said.

Jason Kelce regrets his response to the incident

Two days after the event, the 37-year-old father spoke about the incident on ESPN’s “Monday Night Countdown.”

“I am not satisfied with what happened. I’m not proud of it,” he said in the November 4 issue. “In the heat of the moment, I decided to meet hate with hate, and I don’t think that’s a productive thing to do. I don’t think it leads to discourse.”

“At that point I sunk to a level I shouldn’t have. The bottom line is that I try to live by the golden rules,” he continued. “This is what I was always taught. I try to treat people decently and respectfully. I’m going to continue to do that.”
