The green light was given to the water of the toil, with up to 3 billion pounds, with free spending to avoid insolvency, the London Senior Court has been signed by a controversial creditor.

The utility, which has already tained 19.5 billion pounds to 19.5 billion pounds, took up to 3 billion pounds from its high-ranking creditors, which will present their own capital from new investors.
