Tina Knowles defends Beyoncé's halftime performance

Tina Knowles doesn’t appreciate how some NFL viewers took aim at her daughter Beyonce after the Christmas performance of the singer during the break.

Tina, 70, took to social media to defend the 43-year-old singer from critics via Instagram post shared on Friday, December 27.

Tina posted a photo of a fan’s reaction to the haters she described Beyonce’s halftime show as a “flawless damn performance” that didn’t cause negativity.

“No matter how you like it Beyoncé music or not, this is PROOF and motivation that no matter how undeniably talented you are, people will ALWAYS ALWAYS have something negative to say,” the fan post read.

Agreeing with the fan’s sentiment, Tina weighed in with her own thoughts.

“My feelings for sure! It amazes me that you would take your precious Christmas day and watch a performance by someone you hate and don’t think is a talent, then talk about it😂😂,” she wrote. “Obviously you are so obsessed with them, addicted to them and secretly admire them, want to be them, that you can’t help but stare, criticize, comment and say dumb ridiculous things that make you look like a joke!!”

She continued: “So switch to another channel when the break comes, watch silly cartoons or Bose the Clown or something you can relate to and see yourself. Said with love❤️❤️ PS I learned a lot from her warrior spirit when they go low I work harder. “No weapon formed against me shall prosper.” One, two, three, we’re waiting for the fake boots to arrive.”

The first game of the Kansas City Chiefs against the Pittsburgh Steelers drew 24.1 million viewers, while 24.3 million watched the second game, the Baltimore Ravens against the Houston Texans.
