Tiktoker judges Roblox because of her Charli XCX ‘Apple’ dance

Tiktok content Creator Kelly Heyer brought a case against Roblox video game for its use Dance to the “Apple” of Charli XCX Without permission.

Fortnite and Roblox, two blockbuster games popular with children, each included dance in their games, which allows players to buy “emotions” of dance to perform their avatars.
