Steve Granitz/WireImageSean “Diddy” Combs faces yet another sexual assault lawsuit amid his ongoing legal troubles.
According to the lawsuit received by Us Weekly on Friday, December 20, Latroya Grayson is suing the rap mogul over a 2006 incident in which she was allegedly drugged and raped at Diddy’s party. (TMZ first broke the news.)
It all started when Grayson’s brother won a contest through an Oklahoma radio station. The prize included round-trip airfare for the winner and a guest, a hotel room in New York, and two tickets to Diddy’s “white party.”
In court documents, Grayson claims she and her sibling went to a party that was changed to a “Black Party.” The alleged victim said she was allowed inside the event while her sibling was left outside.
After two drinks at the party, Grayson said she felt nauseous and headed to the bathroom.
In court documents, Grayson said she doesn’t remember the rest of the night, but she does remember waking up at St. Vincent’s Medical Center in New York with a torn shirt and no underwear.
After returning to Oklahoma, Grayson said in court documents that she received a call from an anonymous woman who allegedly told her not to press charges against Diddy because he was a “celebrity” and she was just “wasting her time.”

TMZ also reported that Grayson’s attorney Ariel Mitchell said her client chose not to report the rape at the time out of fear and confusion.
In a statement to TMZ, Diddy’s team denied Grayson’s allegations, saying, “Mr. Combs has never been sexually assaulted or involved in human trafficking. Ms. Grayson admits she has no memory of the events alleged in her complaint, does not know who was allegedly involved and has never spoken to Mr. Combs. Her accusations against him are pure fiction. As we’ve said before, Mr. Combs can’t answer every frivolous lawsuit and money grab driven by attorneys. He believes in a judicial process in which facts will be separated from opportunistic fictions such as these.’
According to her statement, Grayson has no recollection of the alleged assault. She also never mentions seeing or speaking to Didi at the event.
A trial follows Didi was arrested in September for sex trafficking, racketeering and other alleged crimes. He denied the allegations and He did not plead guilty to the accusations.
After Didi’s arrest in New York, many of the alleged victims filed lawsuits against him. As he remains in Brooklyn Jail while he a criminal case is pending in May 2025, Didi pleaded not guilty and dismissed all civil charges against him.
“Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts, their legal defense and the integrity of the legal process,” the statement said. us in October. “The truth will prevail in court: Mr. Combs has never molested anyone, adult or minor, male or female.”
