The Trump Organization eyes deal to convert DC Waldorf-Astoria back into Trump International Hotel: report
Motel 6’s parent company has been acquired by India’s OYO Hotels in an all-cash deal for $525 million, according to a press release (Source: File).
The Trump Organization is eyeing the possible restoration of an old post office building leased as the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in Washington, DC.

President-elect Trump is considering hospitality investments in the D.C. region, sources said, although there has been no formal contact with the Waldorf Astoria about a potential deal.
