Other vacuums for robots you need to consider
We are approaching the large vacuum convergence of the robot. At any price you want to pay, you can find a vacuum on a robot that looks very similar and have similar features. Here are a few who have also worked well for us.
Roborock Qrevo Curv for $ 1300: It was the leading vacuum of a 2024 robot and is still great (the reviewer Ryan Wanita calls it the best robot vacuum he has ever used). It has a little less suction than this year Saros 10R, but I used it to clean an entire carpet full of baking powder.
Eufy Mach S1 Pro for $ 1,200: This amazingly beautiful robot vacuum will be the central part of your kitchen. The water chamber has penetrated and lights up, and an ozone generator, which is said to remove up to 99.99 percent of the bacteria. In addition, there is an ultra -accurate navigation and a self -cleaning roller mop, which is washed while cleaned. However, it has only 8,000 PA suction, which is less than some of our other choices, and with a height of 26.4 inches, the dock is very high and makes storage a little difficult.
Irobot Roomba 694 for $ 275: The word Roomba is synonymous with a robot vacuum, and although later versions are of dubious value, the older ones are great and dirt. Even the cheapest has functions such as dirt detection that stains specific areas. The app is also simple and easy to use, and the vacuum is quiet and powerful.
Euufy X10 for all for $ 700: Believe or not, this is not a bad price for a hybrid vacuum of a robot (9/10, Recommended Wired) With such fantastic navigation capabilities! (Sales have brought it even smaller.) However, the yids are more expensive and offers much of the same functionality.
Dream L40 Ultra for $ 1,500: Dream’s Robot Vacuum-Mop Combo Debuts in IFA 2024S This is a little more cheaper than the DREAME X30 ULTRA (7/10, Wired Review), but he can’t make his biggest trick to remove the pads. Wired reviewer Nena Farrell discovered that, although more cheaper, he is not yet cheap and encounters things a little more often than the X30. However, it is quite a lot and has a lot of battery life left after washing and vacuum.
Avoid these vacuums for robots
Not every vacuum wins a place on our list. These are the ones I reproacted immediately.
TP-Link Tapo RV30C for $ 229: I like the simplicity of this robot vacuum, but you can no longer find spare bags for it.
Eureka J20 and Eureka J15 Pro Ultra for $ 850: Eureka is a very respected name in the vacuum field and these robots vacuums are magnificent and come with many bells and whistles. However, Eureka Vacuums found that the small lip between the floor from the hardwood of my kitchen to the carpet of the living room was completely overwhelming and the application also forgot the map every time it struck a minor obstacle. It was so annoying.
Proser M9 for £ 439: Reviewer Simon Hill has announced that this robot vacuum is terrible. Many spots are missing, the chute is immediately clogged with hair and makes constant noises. Every time he gets stuck, he tells you to call customer service. The only plus is that it seems to be in stock.
Narwal Freo X Ultra for $ 1,400: This is a beautiful vacuum with many features, including board dust. However, despite moving it from room to room to find a better Wi-Fi and go from phone to phone to try different versions of the app, I couldn’t connect it to the app and so I couldn’t use it S (I reached for Narval repeatedly, but I couldn’t repair it; I will be updated if I found a correction in the future.)
Switchbot K10+ for $ 600: Wired reviewer Simon Hill also tried this robot vacuum, which is charming (half the size of a regular vacuum) but suicide. The roll is easily clogged, cannot find a way back to the harbor, and often throws down the stairs.
Shark PowerDetect 2-in-1 for $ 1000: This vacuum cleans surprisingly well (5/10, Wired Review). However, it is not automatic, DirtDetect does not work, and the app is completely candy (the cards are not accurate, they cannot add several floors, and the cleaning time is off).
