The best cocktail of st. Patrick
Hi friends! I hope your morning is going well. Tomorrow I have a long post to create a healthy relationship with food, but today I wanted to share this Oldie again, but adventures in honor of the upcoming “All Things Green” holiday.
Not only is it the best cocktail of St. Patrick, it’s the best cocktail for anytime, really.
There is not too much “Irish” about me. On the side of my great -grandmother is a bit, the fact that I used the Irish step dance (I had an average jig slip) and got married with an Irish man. He introduced me to amazing things about the culture of his family – actually owns a bar in Ireland, which we would ever like to visit! – Including this cocktail. It has a rich sweetness, it is a long way, because it is very rich and is absolutely perfect for the coming holiday.
We had several quite unforgettable days of St. Patrick, as when we visited Savannah and came out throughout the city. .
My version is with almond milk and the pilot is with heavy cream or normal milk:
(One of these things is not like the others. Also these are older pictures, but my almond milk right now is the brand Malk)
As you know, I tend to stay away from the milk from health/skin/autoimmune reasons. I don’t stay away from the Irish cream Bailey for any reason AAAAAAND, now they make a version without milk that is pretty good 😉 I also added back some dairy products Success after healing my intestine!
Here’s a recipe for my favorite cocktail, which I called “The Lucky Irish girl”. Although I am mostly Irish association, St. Paddy’s is one of my favorite holidays. I hope you like this drink just like us!
Happy Irish girl cocktail
This is the best cocktail of St. Patricka!

- -1/2 oz khlua
- -1/2 oz Fragelico
- -2 oz milk to choose (heavy cream, coconut or almond milk)
- -Pinach or green dyeing of food (optional)
- Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shackle with a little ice.
- Shake!
- Trunk, pour and bottom up.
Comment
- If you use spinach to color the drink, mix it with a drink.
I mixed a mine with a small spinach for a festive green cocktail, which unfortunately magically does not change into a healthy elixir (bonus vitamins! Haha). It makes nice, although 🙂 You can also use a natural green food color.
You can also make the love of warm Irish coffee with Irish whiskey or a Guinness shot with Bailey’s – always a classic. Green beer is always a family favorite.
Cheers!
