Visibly excited Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, DN.Y., (AOC) had a busy day on social media on Sunday, posting a series of rants about President-elect Donald Trump on Instagram.

He went on to scold TikTok for sending a thank you note to “President Trump” for restoring the app.

“A law banning TikTok has gone into effect in the US. Unfortunately, that means you can’t use TikTok for now. We’re happy that President Trump has said he’ll work with us to restore TikTok once he takes office. follow us,” the notification said.

In her Instagram stories, she says Trump is not yet president and is still a private citizen, referring to him as such shows concern over TikTok’s word.

“First, Donald Trump is not currently the president. He is a private citizen. He has no access to presidential powers, no ability to do any of that,” the AOC said.

“For all these concerns that people are saying that TikTok will be used as a propaganda tool by the Chinese, understand that they are using it as a propaganda tool for the truth,” he said.

He warned his followers: “We are on the brink of authoritarian rule. This is what 21st century fascism is starting to look like.”
