Satterthwaite, along with his godmother, Dr Lily Coley, have previously spoken of an alleged conspiracy to force him to drop the case, including instances of intimidation and the fact that he was never tried for his claims.

As for the alleged intimidation incidents, Satterthwaite claimed he was followed, had his car shot at and had people drive onto his lawn at 4 a.m., according to a recent filing against the rapper.

While he didn’t directly blame Jay-Z or his crew for the incidents, he did say that the “pop-ups” at his home and “random shootings” only started after his affair with the rapper began.

In the documents received Fox News DigitalJay-Z’s lawyer, Alex Spiro, has expressed concern that the rapper’s accuser could destroy evidence in their case after the alleged victim admitted to making mistakes in her accusations.

As part of the filings, the attorney urged the court to compel the anonymous accuser and her attorney, Tony Busby, to “preserve all evidence relevant to this case.”

Jay-Z’s lawyer also poked holes in the alleged victim’s case, citing mistakes she made in her allegations during interviews.

This includes Jane Doe’s claim that the assault took place at a private residence, which Jay-Z’s lawyer says does not exist.

“These admissions make impossible the timing, location and occurrence of the events alleged in the plaintiff’s complaint,” Jay-Z’s attorney also wrote in the documents. “Combined, the factual inconsistencies, failure to meet deadlines, and lack of corroborating evidence render Plaintiff’s allegations . . . wholly unreliable.”
