Texans’ Tank Dell suffers a horrific leg injury, leaving his teammates in tears

Houston Texans wide receiver Tank Dell was taken off the field in an ambulance during Saturday’s game against the Kansas City Chiefs after suffering a horrific leg injury on a second-half field goal.

The heartbreaking scene came just over three minutes into the second half when quarterback CJ Stroud connected with Dell in the end zone for a 30-yard touchdown pass.

Almost immediately after the catch, the sophomore receiver was left in obvious pain. He appears to have a serious knee injury.

Texans players gathered around Dell and prayed for him as Stroud was visibly shaken by Dell’s injury.

Finally, he was taken off the field by an ambulance.
