Paul went on to share in her video that there were both “good things” and “really hard things” throughout her 2024.

“For example, earlier this year I was so detached. We see it in the show, I’m not there. I can’t even watch the show because it’s so hard to watch,” she shared. “And then I finally wanted to start feeling again, so with that you have to start feeling a lot of pain and let things go.”

She said 2022 “was lived,” 2023 “was lost,” and she “missed the pain” in 2024. She said she felt the pain immediately, which left her “lying on the bathroom floor, screaming, crying on phone calls, intensive care.”

“I prayed to God, saying that you should help me. And please remember that this is not me complaining about life’s problems. It’s all about mental health,” she continued. “And it doesn’t matter what external things you have in life because it will never make you happy if you are not happy inside.”
