But wait, there’s more. he declared a state of national emergency on the border. he has authorized the use of the military to “close the border.” He has declared an energy emergency so we can “dig in, baby.”

That’s just some of the 200-plus orders the new president has issued on Day 1. There will be legal and legislative challenges. not all orders will stand.
