Star 9-1-1 Ryan Guzman hints at season 9 changes for Edie
9-1-1 star Ryan Guzman The death of Captain Bobby Nesha, like everyone else, was mourning, but initially believed that his hero Eddie would be to those who say goodbye.
“I called (about what Bobby dies) from (our showpie) Tim (Minar) If I really didn’t work in a month or so, – 37 -year -old Guzman explained solely US Weekly On the eve of the show’s 9 season. “I wasn’t in two episodes. So I thought the call is for me! I thought I was on the cut.”
Eddie Guzman spent most of the season 8 in El -Pasa, Texas, trying to regain her son Christopher’s commitment (Gavin Machay(Peter Crause) became infected with a deadly virus, which eventually led to his death.
Bobby’s funeral finally returned Eddie to Los -Angeles, and the penultimate episode of the season did not leave. While the permanent return to the city of angels has yet to be seen, Guzman teased that Los -Angeles where Eddie really “belongs”.
Here Guzman is talking Us about what to expect 9-1-1 ‘F final 8 season, reflects on the loss of Costar Krause and more:
US Weekly: Ryan, we’re glad you are here, fresh from the crazy season. It was an intense season, an emotional season. Obviously, we are dealing with the consequences of the death of your favorite character. What was your reaction when you learned that Peter is leaving?
Ryan Guzman: I was shocked. I was in full shock. I mean, you think about the main group and never think they will leave. Or, when one leaves, we all leave, right? But it was just a shock and some strange thing to know that someone would get out of the show, but then still works with them. Whenever I saw him, I would be hugged and it would be: “Oh, man, we will still hang out! We will still be friends.”
Us: Does it make it nervous as an actor? Like if he can go …
RG: Well, frankly, I was called (our Shovruner) Tim (if) I really didn’t work in a month or so. I wasn’t in two episodes. So I thought the call is for me!
Us: Oh, really?
RG: I thought it was on the cut. But no, you are always somehow concerned. And now that you know what happened, you just have to be on your fingers.
Us: Certainly. Many fans were upset that Eddie was not for Bobby’s death.
RG: Mm.
Us: What was your reaction to this? Was there anything sliced what we didn’t see? Because I think the fans may have wanted a little more of you.
Ryan: Yes. We made the edited reaction for this (episode 17), right? And it was much longer than it was shown.
Us: Oh, okay.
Ryan: But I mean, when I had these two episodes, I wasted it with my children. That’s all I cared about. I didn’t even understand – I like: “Oh, now two massive episodes are being removed.”

Ryan Guzman.
US WeeklyUs: We have such a big (season 8) final. It seems 118 is trapped. What can you tease in the episode and how may it specify the tone of what ahead?
RG: Well, I mean that now we are under a new landscape without Bobby, so there is no captain. … You feel that something is missing, and now we have to try to find out what fills this void. So, this is what we find out in this next episode.
Us: So we will get the answer about who goes the captain forward?
RG: I think we will understand where the team is. I don’t know about what (calls new) captain.
Us: When he was in Texas, he seemed a little changed, with his wardrobe and such things. It was intentionally? Because it seemed
RG: Absolutely. I mean, I somehow pulled out of my own experience – when I return to Sacramento, I dress a little differently than in the Los -Angeles, as in my hometown. You must summarize the guard. So, this is what I leaned with Eddie and as much as he loves, where he came from, Texas, I really think that Los -Angeles is where Eddie belongs.
Us: How will the consequences of Bobby’s death affect Eddie? Because it seems he is in a dark place. Is it fair to say?
RG: He could be. He could go back to Old Eddie. But in the last seven seasons there has been so much growth and work through Eddie that we could actually be on the abyss of the new version of Eddie, where he can take over.

Ryan Guzman, Aisha Hinds
Disney/Christopher WillardUs: Is it exciting for you as an actor?
RG: This is. You know, you always want to keep it new.
Us: Of all the arcs that Eddie had, what was your favorite or most difficult?
RG: This last season was probably one of my favorite. You know, with a mustache and all funny things with that. And dancing, you know, is half naked. (Laughs) It’s like all these different things. This is a really fun season.
Us: Whether it was like this: “I don’t know if I will do it!”
RG: Honestly, the dance part was: “E -e, I will be in my chonies?
Us: If you had to describe this finale with just a few words what would it be?
RG: United.
Us: Combined, okay! Was it strange to shoot this without Peter? Oliver (Stark) He said that you were relieving his death, and then you returned to the movie in the previous episode, and it was a bit out of order.
RG: So weird. So weird. I once again I accidentally send Peter when I miss it. .. It’s very strange. We have Brian, who plays another captain. And he is also the joy of working on the borders of his personality as a character he plays.
US; Despite the burden of the past episode, many fans couldn’t help but notice that Eddie and Chris happily completed the episode on the tank couch. Do you know about the theory of the sofa?
RG: No!
Us: Are the couches have like a deeper value between the parties and Eddie? Because obviously you know the relationship …
RG: Oh! I’m curious now. (laughs)

Us: You will have to go through the theories of the fans and all that. But the fans are always curious, and I am sure you get this question much, do you feel that they need to study this relationship a little more?
RG: I feel like it’s better (way) that they are now. Because this is such a great opportunity. I know a lot of people want to see something, and perhaps an attractive part is what we are (a way). But I like that we have to draw on network television, heterosexual and homosexual person, and it doesn’t matter to them. They are brothers. They love each other and they are there to support each other and I think it’s all, frankly, we need more in our world.
Us: Are you satisfied with Eddie’s united status? Do you want him to study more in the future?
RG: He is ready for the next thing to happen. So every time it happens, yes. I think this should happen next season or so.
Us: What do you expect most about approximately in the season and how Eddie can grow and develop? If you wrote the show what would you like to see with Eddie?
RG: Well, you can’t just be happy to be happy. It won’t be a good show. So we need to find out something from Eddie. But I think the next relationship should be something that changes life, which just throws it behind the loop. Maybe it’s. I don’t know if I want to lose more actors.
Us: No, no, no. We will not go there.
RG: Yes. You know I’m open to everything. And Tim, you know, he constantly throws balls.
Us: What do you hope the fans feel after this finale? Oliver said you are still going to go through the rest of the fabric. Do you feel the same? It will still pull those emotional hearts?
RG: Absolutely.
Us: Maybe reduce the blow that we still had, these last couple of episodes?
RG: Yes, we should feel a little warmer after that. I think I saw some comments of the last episode, and it was: “Oh, 118 feels back.” You see how all your heroes all interact with each other. It came back. “I think we see more.
