According to HipHopDXJudge Arnold, Attorneys and Attorney A$AP, Joe Tacopinowhich convened for a preliminary hearing on Wednesday, January 15. During the hearing, the judge was heard asking the lawyers how he felt about Rihanna during the case.
“Is that his girlfriend or his wife?” – the judge seems to ask in the footage.
In response, Tacopino explained that Rhea is Rocky’s “civil-law wife… or simply ‘wife.’ The judge seemed ready to refer to Rich as a defense proposition.
However, at this point, the prosecutor’s office shared its disagreement.
“They are not legally married (so) we would prefer that she not be called his wife, but simply be called his half or (the mother of his children),” explained one of the prosecutors.
In the end, the judge appeared to be swayed by the defense’s objection and stated that if Rich and Rocky were “not legally married anywhere,” she would not be called his wife.

Additionally, the alleged victim, A$AP Relli, whose real name is Terrell Efron, claims the rapper intentionally shot him multiple times. In addition, Reilly reportedly claimed to have been wounded by bullet fragments.
To date, Rocky has reportedly maintained his innocence, claiming that Raleigh’s claims are an extortion attempt.

How Shadow room previously reported that Rihanna and A$AP Rocky have been fueling marriage speculation since at least October. Additionally, Rich gave an interview at the time and explained that she was enjoying “motherhood, being a wife, or being a wife.”
