Social media erupts as kids correct Jill Biden’s ‘Happy Holidays’ with ‘Merry Christmas:’ ‘Epic response’

First Lady Jill Biden was yelled at by children for saying “Happy Holidays” instead of Christmas, prompting laughter and glee from online commenters.

On Friday, the first lady hosted the annual Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots drive The White House. He greeted everyone with “Merry Christmas”, to which many children replied “Merry Christmas!”

“Merry Christmas,” Biden he answered. “Yes!”

“If you only remember one thing for the holidays, after all the wrapping paper is cleared away, let it be this: You are loved,” she said. There are so many people who care about you, from your family and friends, to your teachers and classmates, to the president and me.”

He concluded “Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays.”

Xi’s commenters praised the children who took part to correct the first lady at the start of the event.

Former NCAA Swimmer and “Even the Kids Get It” OutKick host Riley Gaines wrote with a laughing emoji.

Conservative communicator Steve Guest claimed the event was an “epic response” to “Jill Biden’s Christmas War”.
