Christine BrownYsabel’s daughter had some reservations about her mother’s daughter whirlwind engagement to her husband David Woolley.

Wife’s sister fans watched Christine and David tie the knot on the Sunday, January 12 episode of the reality series, which also documented reactions of their loved ones to the wedding. In preparation for the big day, 21-year-old Isabelle told Christina when she realized David would be The One.

“We were out of town and he looked at you and said, ‘Oh, I love you so much,'” Isabelle said. “Like, just honest and clean. And I’ve never heard someone tell you “I love you” so hard.

Christine smiled as she listened to her daughter tell a slightly different story to the TLC cameras in the confessional.

“When David first proposed to my mum, I thought it was going to be very quick. “I thought it was too soon,” Isabel revealed. “But I think I’ve had time to adjust to it.”

Previously, Christina was in a spiritual marriage with Cody Brown for more than 25 years, announcing their separation in November 2021. Cody’s relationship with his wives Janelle Brown and Mary Brown soon ended. He remains legally married to Robin Brown.

After her split with Cody – who is she with shares six childrenincluding Isabelle — Christine began an affair with David in February 2023. Two months later, he proposed, and the couple exchanged vows in October 2023.

“It gave me a lot more clarity to see how much they love each other,” Isabelle said on Sunday’s episode. “I’m just happy and excited for them.”

When it was time for Christine to walk down the aisle, she was escorted by her son Pedon. “I said (to him), ‘Should I be nervous?'” Christine recalled in the confessional. “I’m not even nervous. Then we started walking and I just looked at David and it was like, “There’s my heart.”

Paddon fought back tears as he walked beside his mum, telling her that David was “a really good man”. He handed Christina over to her father, Rexjust before they reached the altar.

Reflecting on Christine’s wedding day, Isabelle raved about the “perfect” ceremony in Utah. She went on to describe how she’s adjusting to Christine and David “getting married so soon,” sharing that she couldn’t be happier for the couple.

“I think I’ve had time to get to know David and get to know him as a father and as a person who’s just a great guy,” she told the cameras. “Now I couldn’t imagine life without him.”

Christina’s children were delighted to see her so happy – and they weren’t the only voices of support. Janelle’s children were also at hand to help Christina move on to the next chapter.

“For the first time in a long time, it felt like the real Brown family was back,” said son Gabe, whose relationship with Cody has been rocky over the years.

Cody even expressed his support for his ex’s remarriage. “Where I am, Christina is really happy and that’s great,” he admitted, despite feeling “crappy” about missing the wedding day.
