Shure’s Movemic 88+ is the first direct -direct microphone with selectable polar patterns

MOVEMIC 88+ offers access to the two above -mentioned polar models, in addition to the two -way and raw middle sides. Why does something matter? It increases the flexibility of the microphone. The cardioid model is ideal for, say, Tiktok video or acoustic performance. The two -way model would be the choice for an interview for two people, and the windmill model is the one you need to choose for a field recording.
The microphone also offers many installation options. It attaches to most popular tripods and microphone stands with MIC clips included and can be used as a manual microphone. It paired directly with a mobile phone through the Motiv app on Shure without the need for a Movemic receiver of the company. However, it can integrate with the receiver if you want to use it with a regular camera or computer.
The app also gives users to control the audio signal, such as settings such as amplification, EQ, a high -pass filter and more. The wireless range is maximized at 100 feet and the battery lasts about eight hours of charging. Movemic 88+ is currently available for $ 299 and comes with a cold shoe clip, 5/8 ”MIC clip and a USB-C charging cable.
