Jim worked in the financial services industry for more than 25 years and joined Argus in 1993. He is the director of research in Argus and a member of the investment policy committee. Jim is a tool in building Argus’s property evaluation models, which are the main part of the six-point rating system of property Argus. He also monitors Argus technical analysis products. He writes the report of the Portfolio voters and other publications. and manages several portfolios of the Argus model. As a senior analyst, Jim covers communication equipment, semiconductors, information processing and electronic production services. He is a CFA statutory bearing and a three-day winner in the “Best Street” analyst at the Best Street. In July 2010, McGraw-Hill Professional published Jim’s book. The book, a single person in the financial modeling and evaluation process, presents Argus’s property evaluation methodology known as the value of peers.
