St. Helena, the tiny British overseas territory where Napoleon was exiled, is now the proud owner of the world’s most remote electric charging station. The South Atlantic island currently has just four electric cars, but hopes to go all-electric as part of a wider push to become carbon-neutral. But first, France’s new prime minister, Francois Bayrou, warned in a general policy speech in parliament that the country is now the most indebted country in its history.
