  • Ukraine’s Charter Brigade says it has deployed an unmanned vehicle equipped with a heavy machine gun in combat for the first time. The brigade claimed it was the first documented ground attack using an unmanned combat vehicle in a war against Russia. According to information from the brigade, the car was met by a storm of Russian artillery.
  • Ukraine has announced that it has sentenced one of its former officials to 15 years in prison on charges of treason for aiding Russian forces. The officer is believed to have provided food and information to the Russian military about Ukraine’s Sumy region.

  • Transnistria and Moldova have accused each other of torpedoing a proposed meeting on Friday to resolve the breakaway enclave’s ongoing energy crisis. Diplomacy

  • Ukrainians who lost relatives as a result of Russia’s war against their country filed more than 13,000 applications to the register of damages to Ukraine, which was opened in The Hague in April, demanding more than 821 million dollars in compensation for damages, losses and injuries. This registry, created by the Council of Europe and the European Union, will ultimately process financial summaries with the aim of obtaining compensation from Moscow for the war against Ukraine.
