Russia blames “terror” for cargo ship sinking off Spanish coast, two crew missing

Two crew members are missing after a cargo ship owned by the Russian Defense Ministry sank off the coast of Spain on Wednesday in what Russian authorities called a “terrorist act,” without providing evidence to support the claim. The ship “Ursa Major” under US sanctions was going from St. Petersburg to Vladivostok.
