Ricky Lake Details Losing 40 Pounds Without Ozempic: Diet, Workouts

Lake Ricky says she’s “living (her) best life” since lose 40 lbs without the help of Ozempic or other weight loss drugs.

“I didn’t take any drugs because I didn’t have prediabetes,” she says, noting, “There’s nothing wrong with these drugs. They really change the game for a lot of people. But for me, I didn’t want to depend on drugs if I could help it.’
