Sharing my thoughts and reviews on the book Darin Olien Superlife And what I learned.

Hi friends! How’s the morning? I hope you have a great day so far. Recently it was * slightly cooler here. Just to the point where the air feels nice and fresh without being too cold. She was really beautiful in the morning.

For today’s post I wanted to share my review and ideas on the book Darin Olien, Superelife. Written in Olien’s engaging conversational style, Superlife It is a unique comprehensive view of diet and nutrition, timeless and necessary guides of maintaining the human body and maximizing its potential.

Review of Superlife Books

You may know Darina from several places:

1) He was a knowledgeable helper Zac Efrona Down to the ground (Which I spent largely spent mentally debating who was more attractive. I finally think it’s a tie.)

a source of photographs

2) It’s one of Shakeology’s creators! It is a protein cocktail of beachbody, which is full of superfood and nutrients. I drank it religiously and loved it for years, but stopped drinking when I was pregnant with p And he never really came back to it. It tastes amazing.

When I saw Darin had a book, I immediately Download it to my Kindle app. In the end I had a chance to dive and finish it and wow. While much of it was the information I already knew about being in health and wellness for a while, I still learned a ton. It was also a gentle nudging to return to some healthy habits that have fallen from the radar over time. I feel like so many of you, I have really tried to keep my head above the water lately. In the end, I feel as if I was almost to the extent that I was going around the benchmark “simply survive” and I can start concentrating back on several work targets and routine improvements.

For a healthy lifestyle, I am all about adding things to your routine, where it makes sense, instead of focusing on their removal. For example: more vegetables, more movement, more fresh air, better sleep, meditation, etc. instead of less cake, less sugar, less meat, blah blah. This book provides many strategies that you can add to your routine for super life; The one that is pulsating, under tension, without pain and without illness.

From the web

In this pioneering guide to the health and lifestyle of Darin Oliennik on Superfoods, Nutrition, Shakeology Creator and Document Partner Netflix Down to the ground With Zac Efron – provides the key to understanding and using five life forces, the only factors to determine whether we will be healthy, fit and without illness.

IN SuperlifeDarin Olien provides us with a whole new way of thinking about health and well -being by identifying what he calls life forces: quality nutrition, hydration, detoxification, oxygenation and alkalization. Olien demonstrates in detail how to maintain these processes, thus allowing our bodies to do the rest. He tells us how to maintain a healthy weight, prevent even the most serious diseases and feel great. He explains that all of this is possible without any restrictive or unusual diet plans that never work in the long term.

Olien traveled around the world and examined the health characteristics of foods that have maintained native cultures for centuries. He put his research into practice and created a unique and proven formula for maximizing the potential of our bodies. It also includes the “How-to-Eat” user manual with a shopping list, advice on “what to throw”, a guide to create a healthy and balanced diet plan, and advice on how to use accessories effectively.

What I liked on this book

The book will divide into 5 life forces to emphasize in your daily routine: nutrition, hydration, oxygenation, alkalization and detoxification. In each segment, it provides details of steps that you can implement to make the most of each component. It also adds tips for exercise, feeding children, accessories, kitchen clips and a 10 -day catering plan and a list of tasks. I love how thoroughly it is in every section with lots of achievable tips. It is one of my pets when you read a book about health or wellness and the author spends all the time telling why their plan or philosophy works so well without actually giving you the steps you need. Instead of “how” and this book is a perfect combination of both too much. It is also very conversational written, so even though it includes more facts of supported science and reviewed studies, it is easy to read.

Notes I took on the phone while reading:

– Create keys. (You can see more about that here)

– Big salads with lots of raw vegetarians – focus on kale and broccoli

– Smoothies with different ingredients

– Water with a pinch of Himalayan sea salt, cabin and lemon in AM

– Foods with a high chlorophyll content: Mangold, Kale, Spirina, Chlorella

– Create a sporadic and fun exercise; Really ask

– Find a better water source. We have reverse osmosis in the house, but since the first time we have not been operated here. So we didn’t use it. I filled the large water jugs from Whole Foods. Although I try to find a better option (glass bottles, a great filter like Berkey or even delivery service). If you have any ideas please let me know!

As a vegan who loves vegan food, I’m excited about trying some new recipes in Superlife. All are bright colored and full of vegetables.

So, tell me, friends: What is the best book about health or wellness you recently read?

Any amazing healthy recipes you tried?
