Hi friends! How’s the week ?? It was good here. Today I have several meetings and I look forward to a low key at home. I finished the bike Equilife detox And they enjoyed all the fresh and colorful meals I ate.
Today I wanted to talk a little about Buddha and one of my recipes for salad dressings. I do it almost every week and I love it at hand.

Buddha dressing recipe
Buddha bowls are one of the most versatile and tastiest meals that you can make. They usually have a balanced mixture of grains, proteins, vegetables and tasty sauces that combine everything together. What makes them unique is their pulsating combination of colors, textures and nutrients. These macro bowls are full of fiber, healthy fats and proteins, making them a great plant option for any food.
The key to the transition of the Buddha recipe to the next level is the bandage. The Buddha Bowl bandage increases the natural flavors of ingredients and connects them into a perfectly balanced bites. Here is my favorite bandage that will complement almost any combo bow buhha!
How to make Buddha Bowls interesting
Buddha bowls are already full of diversity, but there are several ways to make them even more exciting! One of the best ways to increase grain bowls is the use of a delicious Buddha Bowl bandage. The right sauce can transform simple ingredients such as brown rice, sweet potatoes and black beans into food for another level.
Other ways to make an interesting Buddha bowl include:
Adding crispy topping like roasted seeds or nuts.
Using a combination of cooked and raw vegetables for a variety of textures.
Experimenting with different grain bases such as quinoa, farro or brown rice.
Including a tasty source of protein, such as marinated tofu cooked in air deep fryer, tempeh, rest, shrimp or grilled chicken.
