Project Runway Season 21: Everything you need to know

After months of fans wondering if Season 20 would be the last, it was announced in October 2024 that the long-running fashion design competition would return to the small screen. But instead of airing on Bravo, as it has since 2017, VPP project will air on the Disney-owned Freeform network in 2025 The Hollywood Reporter.

Freeform announced that it has reached a deal with Spyglass Media Group to bring the series back for another 10-episode season, which will air on the network and then stream on Disney+ and Hulu.

“VPP project is an iconic television juggernaut that perfectly complements Freeform’s ethos of pop culture.” Simran Sethipresident of scripted programming, Hulu Originals and ABC Entertainment, said in a statement at the time.

Gary Barberchairman and CEO of Spyglass, said: “For 20 seasons, VPP project attracted the attention of the audience and gathered loyal fans. The series has proven to be a valuable and enduring brand around the world, and we couldn’t be more excited to expand the breadth of the show’s audience across the Freeform, Hulu and Disney+ ecosystem.”

Dan Cuthforth and Jane Lipsitz Alfred Street Industries will produce the 21st season.

Who are the hosts of ‘Project Runway’ season 21?

Us Weekly confirmed by Art January 2024 Heidi Klum will be returning to the show as host after an eight-year hiatus.

The series, which premiered on Bravo in 2004, was originally hosted by Klum for its first 16 seasons, with Tim Gunn acting as a mentor to designers. Couple out of the series in 2018 to host an Amazon Prime fashion competition, Creating a cut.

Siriano got his big break after the win VPP project in 2007 when he was only 21 years old. Since then, he has famously dressed leaders like Ashley Graham, Angela Bassett, Kelly Ripa, Janelle Monet, Kate Hudson, Jodie Turner-Smith, Marishka Hargitay and much more.
