Williams filed for divorce from Guabadia last February after one year of marriage, and was granted temporary sole possession of their $7 million home in November.

Guabadia recently went to court to ask a judge to overturn his decision allowing Portia Williams and Bravo to film “RHOA” at the mansion.

According to In connectionGuabadia recently rushed to court to ask a judge to reverse his Nov. 19 ruling that allowed Portia Williams to film “RHOA“in the family home.

Simon claims he purchased the $7 million mansion for the couple after they wed in November 2022, but the reality star has demanded she be allowed to use the home temporarily during the divorce proceedings.

Guabadia objected to the claim, noting that Williams owned a house nearby that she could live in for filming. However, the 43-year-old “RHOA” star claimed the prenup said she would keep the mansion if they split.

In November, a court granted Williams’ request to film “RHOA” at the couple’s family home.

“This wife’s temporary sole and exclusive possession, use and occupancy of the marital residence includes the wife’s unrestricted right to film and produce television, motion picture or social media or other audiovisual content in and around the marital residence,” according to court documents obtained by In Touch .

“If necessary, the Husband shall execute any documents necessary for the Wife to be removed and the Husband to be removed, returning all documents received within forty-eight (48) hours. All other issues are reserved for further resolution.”

Guabadia’s attorney says the court contradicted itself by ruling in March that the shooting issue would be decided by a judge after a hearing and then granting Williams’ request in November without a hearing.

“(Simon) is filing a motion to vacate the order regarding photographs in the marital residence and asks that this court vacate its order dated November 19, 2024, because the court was unable to hold a hearing on the matter as previously announced, the court did not hold obtain any evidence to support its decision, and justice requires that this court vacate the order,” the In Touch filings state.

Guabadia’s lawyer also accused Williams of using the reality show to “get relief from the court.”

“On the one hand (Porsha) wants to use her work to get relief in court, but on the other hand, she wants to use the court to avoid providing documents about her work to (Simon) to prevent him from preparing a defense against (Porsha’s Claim).”

“Furthermore, (Porsha) has been selective about which provisions of the prenuptial agreement she wants this court to enforce in her best interest, and which provisions of the prenuptial agreement she wants to ignore if it benefits her.”

Guabadia sued Williams over her reports of erectile dysfunction

Explosion it was previously reported that Guabadia filed a defamation lawsuit against Williams after she shared several posts about erectile dysfunction on her Instagram stories.

Guabadia said Williams’ reports of erectile dysfunction were damaging to his reputation, being “extreme” and “outrageous.” The 60-year-old also claimed the “RHOA” star’s “false and defamatory” posts in ED drew ridicule from Williams’ large following on social media.

Williams didn’t name Guabadia directly in the ED posts, but her fans read between the lines, and several media outlets picked up on the stories on Instagram.

“These messages were deliberately made to make it clear that (Gwabadia) suffers from this condition, portraying him in a negative and derogatory light,” the documents state. PEOPLE. “(Williams’) allegations not only targeted (Guabadia’s) physical and emotional integrity, but also struck to the heart of his reputation as a capable and respected businessman and philanthropist.”

Guabadia is asking the court to award him $75,000 in damages.

Porsha Williams announced her return to “RHOA” in February

Williams announced she was returning to “RHOA” for Season 16 with a video shared on Instagram last February.

The post was captioned: “Season 16 let’s gooooo 🍑 #Rhoa are you READY?! 👑😘🤑”.
