Pope Francis was dragged on the crowd in the Vatican because he created his first public appearance since the hospital.

The 88-year-old Cassar was not seen in the public since his discharge from the Roman Gemelli Hospital on March 23 after taking treatment for Pneumonia.
Doctors said the moment he had to rest for at least two months.
