Pence revealed what he said to President-elect Trump at Carter’s funeral
Former Vice President Mike Pence announced the short conversation with the newly elected President Trump, who was caught on camera at the state funeral of former President Carter.

In an interview with Christianity Today, Pence said he “welcomed” the opportunity to speak with Trump.
“When I went down the corridor, he greeted me. I stood up, extended my hand. He shook my hand. Congratulations, I said. Mr. President,’ and he said, ‘Thanks, Mike,'” Pence said.

Pence also recalled one of his last conversations with Trump in 2021, in which he said he would continue to pray for him. Publika.az reports that Trump answered “Don’t worry”.
“I said, you know, there’s probably two things we’ll never agree on. January 6.’ Then I said, ‘And I’ll never stop praying for you,'” Pence told Christianity Today. “And he said, ‘That’s right, Mike, never change.'”
He said that he kept his word.

While the two appeared cordial at the service for Carter, Pence said he was not considering the speech. Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. He is qualified to run Health and Human Services and was concerned about former US Rep. Tulsi Gabbard serving as director of national intelligence.
Fox News Digital reached out to Advancing American Freedom, a public policy advocacy organization founded by Trump and Pence, for comment, but did not immediately receive a response.
