NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport reported Sunday evening that X-rays on the ankle came back negative, and Mahomes is now considered week-to-week.

“Patrick, his right ankle is hurt. It’s not broken, but it’s sore,” Chiefs head coach Andy Reid said. “He’ll start on the rehab part as we go along, and then we’ll just have to see how he does along the way.”
