Paris Hilton shares emotional information after it A house in Los Angeles burned down in the fires that engulfed the area.
On Thursday, January 9, Hilton, 43, posted a video on Instagram of herself visiting the remains of her home, showing the devastation caused by the fires that started on Tuesday, January 7, and devastated part of L.Aincluding Pacific Palisades, Malibu and the Hollywood Hills.
“I stand here in what used to be our home and the heartache is truly indescribable.💔🥺,” Hilton wrote. video from the wreckage of her house. “When I first saw the news I was in complete shock – I couldn’t process it. But now that I’m standing here and seeing it with my own eyes, it feels like my heart is broken into a million pieces.😢💔”
“This house was not just a place to live – here we dreamed, laughed and created the most beautiful memories as a whole family. It was a place where little Phoenix hands created art that I will cherish forever, where love and life filled every corner. To see him reduced to ashes… it’s devastating, beyond words,” she continued, referring to son Phoenix, who turns 2 this month. In the caption, Hilton shared her sympathies with other Los Angeles residents who lost their homes, noting, “It’s not just the walls and roofs, it’s the memories that made these houses home. These are photographs, souvenirs, irreplaceable parts of our lives.”
However, the former reality star and DJ admitted she was “incredibly lucky”.
As the wildfires continue to spread through the Los Angeles area, several celebrities are taking to social media to share how they’ve been affected. “Evacuated and safe with children, dogs and cats. On Wednesday, January 8 Paris and Nicole: The Encore star divided through Instagram that she was among the many celebrities who lost their homes in the fires. Hilton wrote that her home was “where Phoenix took its first steps and where we dreamed of building a lifetime of memories with London.”
