Summer is the perfect time to exercise outside and get some vitamin D, girlfriend!

You can take any of yours MOVE application outdoor workouts, from the Sweat Sesh to the Daily 10, or try these suggestions!

Best Outdoor Exercises in Summer:

1. Morning yoga

Start your day off with relaxing yoga in the park or garden. Find a quiet place, spread out the mat and relax and listen to the sounds of nature.

2. A walk on the beach

Walking on the beach is the perfect way to take your mind off everything that’s going on in your life right now. Take 10-30 minutes to go for a walk on the beach by yourself (with headphones and earphones). favorite playlist or podcast) or take a walk with a girlfriend and catch up on life!

3. HIIT workout

Take your High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) to the beach for another challenge. The soft sand will make your muscles work harder and the ocean breeze will cool you down. HIIT workouts are great for burning calories and improving cardiovascular fitness.
