It is reported that the “Utar Pradesh Government” is negotiating with the iPhone manufacturer’s Foxconn to create a new institution in the big region of Noida Great.

According to sources, government officials and representatives of the Taiwanese company have already held meetings on the project proposed in Delhi and Lukno. The new institution is likely to concentrate on the production of mobile phone.

The larger NOIDA object will increase the company, which is the largest contract manufacturer of Apple in the world, the existing base in the country.

It is recommended to create about 300 hectares of land. It will be a 50-acre joint venture project that Foxconn has HCL for the outgoing semiconductor assembly and testing facility, sources reported. Meanwhile, earlier reports, HCL-Foxconn’s joint venture, which is separated from this new factory, has started negotiations with Larsen & Toubro (L & T) for a semiconductor assembly and test (OSAT). JV is also waiting for the Cabinet approval. Foxconn is reportedly investing $ 37.2 million to keep 40 percent in the enterprise.

The new institution is expected to create 40,000 jobs and include settlements for all employees inside the complex.

The sources added that the government plans to inquire, as the Noida-Greater Noida region is already in almost 50 percent of the country’s exports.
