In another move that may not be well received among users, Meta wants to use AI to facilitate interactions between friends by helping them write Instagram comments.

X User Jona Manzano, Who often tests new features of social media, noticed the “Write with Meta AI” prompts on Instagram, which allows people to receive offers generated by AI for comments on consumer publications.

Meta did not provide any details about the availability of the test function, but the company noted that it was testing comments generated by AI on Facebook last year.

The new feature would probably be unwanted for users who would rather keep comments without AI on Instagram, especially those who believe that their friends deserve real comments, unlike AI Slip.
