Meghan Markle postpones her Netflix show due to Los Angeles fires
Meghan Markle, Duchess of Sussex, has decided to postpone her “Love, Meghan” show. Originally scheduled to premiere this week, the show will now be pushed back a few weeks at Markle’s request.
“I am grateful to my partners at Netflix for supporting me in delaying the launch while we focus on the needs of those affected by the wildfires in my home state of California,” Markle said in a statement.
The show is filmed in Montecito, California, near where the Duke and Dutchess’ family lives. The couple was volunteering at an evacuation center and food bank for first responders and those displaced by the fires, as well as donating “clothing, children’s toys and other essential supplies,” according to CNN.

Markle’s Netflix lifestyle show focuses on sharing her expert tips and tricks for homemaking, cooking, crafts, gardening and more. There are a number of special guests confirmed to appear, including chefs Roy Choi and Alice Walker and TV host Mindy Kaling. The trailer also teases appearances by Markle’s friend and former Suits co-star Abigail Spencer and her husband Prince Harry.
