As the trump card decides to impose tariffs on certain countries and special industries and products, financial markets have answered instability. Among the uncertainty and other factors, the S & P 500 is 4% decreasing on the stock indicators. The long-term impact on corporate America, consumers and the general economy is not yet clear. Marketers have proven over time they don’t like uncertainty. At the end of the current earnings cycle, companies have had more time to assess the possible impact of tariffs, and some have increased line items that take into account the possible pressure of profit.
