Mariah Carey signs Rihanna’s chest at Christmas concert: ‘It’s epic’

Rihanna on the left Mariah Careythe last concert is not only with a T-shirt.
The “Lift Me Up” singer was in attendance at Carey’s last stop on her Mariah Carey’s Christmas on Tuesday, Dec. 17, at the Barclays Center in New York City, and the headliner autographed her chest.
“Need a signature. Who has a Sharpie? Sign my tit!” In a video circulating on social media, Rihanna, 36, can be heard telling Carey, 55, as she made her way through the crowd.
Carey then wrote her name in red sharpie on Rihanna’s chest. The Bajan singer took Carey’s microphone and declared to the crowd: “Mary Carey is signing my tit, y’all! It’s epic as hell!” Rihanna then flashed her precious new autograph to the camera and the two stars embraced.
Tuesday’s final performance marked Carey’s return to the stage after coming down with the flu earlier this month. Carey was forced to cancel her Dec. 11 concert in Pittsburgh just hours before she was due to take the PPG Paints Arena stage.
“Pittsburgh, unfortunately I have the flu. It breaks my heart that I unfortunately have to cancel tonight’s show. I love you all very much,” she wrote in a message via X.
Two days later, Carey canceled two more shows scheduled for Friday, December 13, and Sunday, December 15, in Newark, New Jersey, and Belmont Park, New York, respectively. “Newark and Belmont – I wish I had better news, but unfortunately I’m still sick and have to cancel tonight’s and Sunday’s shows. I am very upset about this and appreciate your support. Love, MC,” she shared via X.
But on Monday, December 16, a star confirmed she will perform Tuesday at the Barclays Center. “Lambs, thank you for making my #Christmastime so special ❤️ I loved singing with you every night and can’t wait to see you all tomorrow in Brooklyn for the last show of the tour,” she wrote on Instagram.
The Queen of Christmas also celebrates her classic holiday anthem “All I Want for Christmas Is You” with 16 consecutive weeks at No. 1 Billboard Hot 100, 30 years after its first release. The song now ties another of Carey’s hits, “One Sweet Day,” which featured Boyz II Men and held the number one spot for 16 weeks between 1995 and 1996.
