Manta Sound Sleep Mask Review: Required for insomnia
Bluetooth headsets also have nothing to sneeze. They are easy to pair with your phone, and although they do not have a stunning quality or active noise cancellation, they become strong enough to silence any environment. There are 30 steps control of the volume, so you can dial right in the audio. I used Manta Sound to fall asleep in a tent at many music festivals, both in the dead of the summer and in 30-degree Fahrenheit. Even when the world -famous bass was a sound check at 10am and my neighbors, who started their preliminary game in the crack of the dawn, slept as a baby, the sounds of a fan of the box are drilled directly into my ears. Or in a hotel room while my friends spoke, watched TV and played the music of a speaker, I was blissfully unreasonable and completely asleep. This would be impossible for me without the sound of the manta (believe me when I say I tried other methods). The battery lasts 20 hours and charges via USB-C and I have never had a headset to turn off my phone alone. The battery automatically switches off after 30 minutes without audio streaming. The mask also has a built -in microphone to make phone calls, but I have never used this feature. My phone only rings during “don’t bother” for a very few people, in which case I expose the mask and respond normally.
The flip side of this immersion is that sometimes I find myself sleeping also Healthy. I often wake up disoriented after using Manta Sound, wondering which year it is after I wake up. And it scares me a little to be so far from the world. With fully covered eyes and ears, I have no idea what is happening around me. If I went to Solo festivals, for example, I may not use this mask, as I would not be fully aware of the weather events or the people who go through my camping. But this immersion is perfect in some cases – I would kill for this mask when I worked for a third shift and often woke up from birds, odds or worshiped sun. Manta’s sound is like darkened curtains for your brain.
Don’t hear evil
I’ve tried other sleep solutions before, to varying degrees of efficiency. Ear stoppers and sleeping handsets tend not to move with my preferred style of sleep, also known as “spinning around like chicken chicken until I find the right place”. And even other eye masks were historically difficult to adjust, so they sit properly without pulling my hair or pushing uneasily on my head. This mask eliminates these problems. Nothing has stuck or fell out of my ear canal and there is no pressure that blinks my eyes or nose. And although these other solutions may be more expensive, depending on what you use, I think it is worth the extra cost to get a product that helps you sleep without breaking or breaking you. Manta Sound just works.
