Madison LeCroy shares what she eats a day while working out 75 Hard

LeCroy, 34, took to social media in the new year to highlight her meal plan during the much-publicized wellness plan created by the author and entrepreneur Andy Frizzella and involves following six strict lifestyle rules for 75 consecutive days.
The reality star started her 75th weight loss journey in early January and told her followers on social media that she has been “inundated with diet plan messages” ever since.
“I want to clear up a few things,” LeCroy wrote through her Instagram story. “Nothing fancy! The dishes I share are exactly what they look like. When you see turkey patties, they’re straight from the store—no secret recipes, no homemade sauces, and definitely no fresh lettuce from my garden (because I don’t have any!). I just make foods and meals that I like, especially when I’m working on a program like 75 Hard. I’m happy you’re all excited about it!”
LeCroix then posted a few screenshots of her meal, starting with “Breakfast Day 1/75,” which featured a glass filled with green juice and a plate strewn with three tomato slices, a spoonful of cottage cheese, and two hard-boiled eggs sprinkled with seeds. .
Then followed the “Lunch 1/75” post, which included a turkey burger patty, “with that Carolina BBQ sauce … Annie’s Goddess Dressing Salad … Rice … Lemon Water,” in addition to a leaf salad spinach, chopped cucumber and cherry tomatoes.
