Lufthansa finalizes 41% stake Italy’s ITA Airways $350 million, eyes full acquisition

Lufthansa Group of Germany (OTCQX: HAIR) (OTCQX: DLAKF) finalized the acquisition of 41% of the shares of the Italian airline ITA Airways for 325 million euros (about 350 million dollars) from the Italian government.
Lufthansa (OTCQX: HAIR) now owns 41% of ITA Airways, while the remaining 59% will continue to be owned by the Italian Ministry of Economy.
