‘Literally broke me from inside’: Redditor shares night shift ordeal, says asked to work till 12pm. Netizens weigh in
Recently, the Social Media User shared his attempt to work on his night shift, where he required to watch the screen all night. It was also required to inform about the desk if any of the company’s financial programs was broken.
The user, which is entitled to Reddit Post, “Sleeping Sleeping is a well-documented form of torture, how does corporates justify their employees 24/7?” In his position, he discovered how to continue working through it, while dealing with sleep deprivation.
“After that, in the morning, the people continued to work until 12 o’clock. So I went to bed at 12 yesterday.
He said he felt completely broken, knowing that he had to keep this worldly problem in the next 4 days, then at the beginning of each month.
“I don’t know why, but this is just a torture for me,” Redditor was signed.
Immediately after the appearance in Reddit, social media users quickly shared their duration. While some called it “torture”, others questioned why the company simply could not automate this geographical process.
“I guess if you say no, or just go home, they will shoot you.” The user asked.
“Have you heard of other companies that provide a better working life balance? If so, just find those companies and try to join there, it’s not worth not doing such things.
“You have to interrogate, ask for compensation. I had such an attempt while I lost my regular work.
