LA Olympic Games optimistically name an official Air Taxi Partner

Archer was selected as an official air taxi supplier for the Olympic and Paralympic Games in 2028. Midnight is a piloted electric air taxi designed to carry up to four passengers, while producing less noise and less emissions than a regular helicopter. With 12 tilting rotors plus a wing and tail, it takes off like a helicopter, then switches to a cruise that resembles an airplane, with the rear rotors continuing to provide a little lift. It has “unnecessary, damage -resistant systems” that Archer hopes to allow him to win FAA certification with the same level of safety as commercial airlines.

Support from large aviation players, including Fiat Chrysler and UNITED AIRLINES, plus fixed base operators (FBO) such as signature aviation and Atlantic aviation. With all this, the company is probably the best positioned among all Air Taxi players to receive its FAA Certificate for passenger transportation.
