Kyle Richards revealed that she was depressed and felt “stalked” by her RHOBH co-stars!

Kyle Richards didn’t hold back as she revealed how she felt when she was “ambushed”. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills actors, admitting that the drama led to struggles with anxiety and depression.

January 21 of this year Kyle revealed that she had not watched the last three episodes of the show, citing the toll it had taken on her mental health. “It doesn’t help my anxiety and it was very unpleasant and difficult to watch.” Kyle confessed. “I felt like every time I looked and walked into a group, I was ambushed.”

Kyle told about the emotional impact The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills the drama took a toll on her, especially during Sutton party, where the tension with Dorit left her feeling “ambush”.

“Every time I walked into the setting, I felt it. Even people I considered my friends, I had to question. I was honestly depressed at the time; I really was,” she admitted.

Kyle also spills over into reaching out to Dorit and PK during their separation, revealing, “I told everyone I sent both of them Dorit and PK text when their separation was announced. And that’s what I thought a good friend would do. But no one mentions that I also wrote Doritwhich I find very interesting.”

Kyle did not shy away from discussing her departure in Bozoma St. John’s event, admitting: “I’m not proud of how I handled it, but I don’t regret leaving because I wasn’t able to handle it in my life at that point.”

She explained: “Honestly, I was at my breaking point and that was it,” adding: “When you’re going through a lot in your life, you go and hang out with your friends to make yourself feel better… but I still thought I would feel some kind of support and I was in pain. I could not bear to be ambushed.’

Kyle stressed: “Usually I’m tougher, but I just wasn’t. I had to leave.”

Kyle also answered Sutton Strake criticized her decision to leave, saying, “And I know Sutton has given me a lot of grief for leaving. All I want to say about this is, I haven’t walked away from a set in all the years I’ve been on the show. She went out many times.”

Later, when asked if the cast tried to elicit a reaction from her, Kyle admitted, “Well, I fell for it. Hook, line and sinker.”
