Kyle Richards Responds to Garcelle Beauve’s Lesbian Comment on RHOBH

“What was really going through my head was, ‘You’re making yourself…’.” right now,” Kyle, 56, said of Garsell, 58, during The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills: After the Show on Tuesday, January 14. “Don’t try to act like daisies. You know exactly what you’re doing.’
During Tuesday’s episode ROBAKyle was talk about her separation from Maurizio Umansky when Garcelle stepped in to be “100 percent dumb” with her friend.
“Do whatever you want. Be what you want to be,” said Garsel. “You want to be a lesbian, be a lesbian.”
Kyle initially looked like a deer in the headlights, but all the women started laughing shortly after the comment was made.
“Where I came from the night I said that, it was about us being grown women. We are mothers for people, we are grandmothers for people,” Garsel explained. “I didn’t push her to come out. What I was saying, be who you want to be.’
Following Kyle and Mauricio Announcement of July 2023 Chapterfans speculated about the status of her friendship with the country singer Morgan Wade. In both women denied that they were in a romantic relationship.

David Livingston/Getty ImagesMorgan, 30, was discussed at length during ROBA Season 13 last year, but Kyle said Us Weekly exclusively in November 2024 that it is “unfair” to discuss their on-screen friendship is bigger.
During Tuesday’s aftershow, Kyle wondered if Garcel was trying to “get a reaction out of her.” “Did I care what you were up to?” Kyle asked.
Kyle claimed during Tuesday’s aftershow that Garcel did not apologize for what she said. Meanwhile, Garsel thought about her intentions.
“I’m not trying to call her out. Own it, be real,” Garcel explained. “I feel like Kyle really cares about what people think and what it’s going to look like and what it’s going to look like — and she’s trying to understand that.”
Garcel said women their age “don’t have to worry so much” about what people say. The public “can relate” to the authenticity and hinted at Kyle being more open about what she’s going through.
“If this is who you are, or even if you discover it, discover it and own it,” she said.
