Arianna, 23, posted a message farewell video with the property via social media on Thursday, Dec. 26, which included snaps of herself and her younger siblings — Kroy “KJ,” 13, Kash, 12, and twins Kai and Kane, 11 — in different rooms of the house. (Ariana and her sister Brielle, 27, are Kim’s daughters from a previous relationship, whom Kroy later adopted.)

She captioned the post: “Last Christmas at my childhood home, thank you God for the wonderful memories with my family – goodbye <3."

Some fans were quick to support Ariana, while others claimed it wasn’t exactly her childhood home. In the following TikTok video Posted on Saturday, Dec. 28, Ariana explained that despite commenters’ opinions, she’s just “sad” about how the family is “losing this house.”

“More than that, it’s where I watched my little brothers and sisters grow into the little people they are now, even though they’re all literally taller than me,” said Ariana, who now lives in New York. She went on to say that it was “shameful” to spend the last Christmas at home and packing up the bedroom.

“I also had this room in two different houses,” she said. “That was my signature room!”

Kim, 46, and Kroy, 39 filed for divorce in May 2023 after 11 years of marriage, bought the property in Milton, Georgia in 2012 – a year after they tied the knot. The house that featured prominently on their Bravo reality show Don’t be latehas seven bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, a pool, a six-car garage, a movie theater, a home gym and a resort-like backyard.

It was listed for $6 million last year, but put up for open bidding in November and appeared on the Fulton County foreclosure list earlier this month, according to public records.

The public auction notice said the Alpharetta estate was to be “sold in public to the highest cash bidder.”

Ariana said of the house sale in her TikTok video: “This is a new chapter, and like I always say, we’re all alive, happy, healthy, breathing, and that’s happiness in itself. And I’m very excited to see what this new chapter will bring for me and my family.”

News of the property comes weeks after authorities responded to a Nov. 27 domestic violence call from a residence in Georgia.

According to a report from the Milton Police Department and obtained by TMZKim said Kroy became physical in front of the couple’s children. It is still unclear which children allegedly witnessed the quarrel between their parents.

Kim claimed that she and Kroy got into an argument while she was on the stairs taking down the curtains. The Real Housewives of Atlanta the alum claimed her ex had a falling out with her and things got physical. She claimed that the former football player physically removed her from the gangway and threw her to the ground.

Kim reportedly told law enforcement officials that she was injured in the alleged incident. However, officers alleged in the report that she refused to provide any evidence of injury to first responders. Kroy, for his part, claimed that Kim provoked an argument and allegedly punched him in the face.

According to the report, law enforcement was unable to determine who the “primary aggressor” was, and no arrests were made.

Kim, for her part, told TMZ Dec. 16 that her life was “torture” with Kroy.

She told the outlet: “I think Kroy is the problem. No one has any idea what I’ve been dealing with for the last two and a half to three years of my life. I’m trying to take the high road.”

Kim added: “It’s going to take me a long time to heal from this trauma that I’ve been through.”
