Kendra Wilkinson is no longer a “Playboy girl” as she defends her weight gain

Kendra Wilkinson knows that she is not the same girl anymore.
The Girls next door alum and Playboy the founder Hugh HefnerOn Sunday, January 12, the former live-in girlfriend took to Instagram to defend her appearance amid social media criticism of her weight.
“Yes, I gained weight. Yes, I’m getting old. Yes, I’m not the girl I used to be (Playboy girl) 🤣 but this time I feel good and mentally healthy in a long time,” Wilkinson, 39, wrote alongside a mirror selfie of her physique.
A mother of two who shares son of Hank IV15 years old, and daughter Alia, 10 years old, with her ex-husband Hank Baskettadded: “Children are my everything. I feel quite balanced. Exercising and cooking a lot more. Golf, work. No housekeeper, no babysitter.”
The Kendra sells Hollywood The star said that she was happy with her appearance, although she admitted that she would watch her alcohol consumption.
“For those of you who hate my new weight, 40-year-old face, please know that I am finally happy, healthy and at peace in life. Leave me alone and respect that I am where I really want to be finally all together,” she wrote.
“Almost 40 is great, and yes, to the people criticizing my drinking… I hear you and we’ll keep an eye on it. Drinking too much is definitely drinking too much, but you know what happens in JUNE…Shoots. 😂. Love you,” she wrote, referring to her 40th birthday on June 12.
In November Wilkinson gushed about her childrenHank IV and Alia, speaking exclusively to Us Weekly.
“My children are doing great. They’re just the most amazing human beings,” Wilkinson said us “I pinch myself every day. They are just good, nice people who just want to live a good life and be good and do good in the world. It’s such a treat and it’s just the most amazing feeling to have them. They give me so much purpose.”
Wilkinson added that being a father is a “full-time job,” saying, “They’re both passionate about basketball, and they’re both very, very successful at basketball.” She also said of her son Hank, “He’s on his way to the NBA, like a big one, and I hope we all get a chance to see what’s going on.”
Wilkinson and Baskett married in 2009 and divorced in 2018. Prior to their split, they shared important insight into their marriage through reality shows such as Kendrawhich aired from 2009 to 2011, and Kendra is on topwhich lasted from 2012 to 2017.
Although they are separated, Wilkinson said she and Baskett, 42, are a team when it comes to raising their children.
“Honestly, I couldn’t have had a better parent,” Wilkinson exclusively told us in October. “I couldn’t have asked God for a better person in my life.”
