Ballerini, 31, took to Instagram on Tuesday, Jan. 21, to share a similar rash she got just hours before she hit the stage for her first concert. Kelsea Ballerini Live on Tour. “Happy show day, I have a stress rash,” she said, pointing to the red dots that had formed on her cheeks. “That’s how you know it’s going to be a good show!” The country music star laughed. “See you in the evening.”
Dancers got rid of make-up in the clip, giving fans a full look at the rash. Her blonde hair was swept to one side and still wet from the shower.
The “Cowboys Cry Too” singer also teased moments from her first stop in Grand Rapids, Michigan, including a snap of her tossing a voluminous bae in the air to reveal her figure-hugging suit.
Another barely there look included a chain dress embellished with red beads. Ballerini made this heavy metal moment even more gorgeous with exposed fishnets under sparkly stockings, plus thigh-high boots for sexiness.
Ballerina upped the shine even more with pink glitter eyeshadow applied to her lids. The rest of her eye makeup featured a terracotta shade blended into the brow bone and strategically applied along the waterline and long lashes. She tied her glam look together with pink lips, rosy cheeks and full brows. Her platinum blonde hair was styled in messy but chic waves.
Another of her hot outfits drew attention with cutouts on the chest and torso, crystal-embellished hearts and slim-fit pants that clung to her form.
