“Found our happy place in Arizona,” Kelly, 35, wrote via Instagram Stories on Sunday, Jan. 12, along with a photo of her two daughters looking none too pleased at a Waffle House restaurant. “I promise we are happy.”
Kelly and Matthew, 36, have been together since college, later giving birth to four daughters. They have twins Sawyer and Chandler, 6, Hunter, 4, and Tyler, 2.
During Sunday brunch, the Stafford girls feasted on waffles, eggs, pancakes and bacon.
“My southern ❤️so happy,” the Georgia native wrote in a follow-up message, sharing a photo of their plates.
A few hours earlier, Kelly shared what she had took her daughters to a local hospital emergency room. It is not known which child fell ill and what the diagnosis was.
“Last night was a long one,” she wrote on Saturday, January 11. “Back to bed and sleep, everyone except Hunter. It feels like she drank Celsius. … Before that, they were all smiling when they went with dad on his business trip.”

Kelly took the girls with her on Matthew’s “work trip” to Arizona for the Rams’ Wild Card game against the Minnesota Vikings. The game was scheduled to take place at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles, but was postponed due to the ongoing wildfires in and around Los Angeles.
“It’s hard to watch the news, to be around, to see,” Matthew said at a press conference earlier this week. “When you drive around and see all this, it’s very sad to see what’s happening. Obviously, a bunch of people are (doing) everything they can to try to get the situation under control and get people back to normal as quickly as possible.”
He added: “Every time we dress up, we’re the Los Angeles Rams. We play for the people in this community. People in this community support us. This week will obviously be another example of that. I hope it’s a great outlet for people who have been through a lot of hard times.”
Kelly, for her part, organized many charter buses to transport Rams fans to Arizona for the football game on Monday, January 13th.
“Have a safe ride,” she wrote via Instagram on Sunday, retweeting a fan’s message of gratitude for the offer. “See you soon.”
