The two met on the set of a short-lived TV series Apprentice of Merlin in 2006. After they tied the knot in 2008, they began appearing in Hallmark rom-coms, becoming staples on the network for their respective projects.
Reardon made his Hallmark debut with two episodes When the heart calls in 2014. That same year, he appeared in his first movie for the network with A Christmas secret.
A year later, Ori starred in her first feature film for Hallmark in 2015 Striving Through the Snow by Debbie Macomber.. Later, she became the main character Chesapeake Shores.
Only in the fall of 2024 Ori and Reardon starred in a Hallmark movie, Believe in Christmas. Shortly after his exit, Reardon revealed that he was fight against tonsil cancer but was on recovery just in time for the holidays.

In November 2022, Ori joked that she was “87 weeks pregnant and ready to party” as she showed off her growing baby bump.
In January 2023, she announced that she and Reardon had a third child. “I combed my hair today! #win!!! #postpartum 😂😂,” Ori captioned a photo of her voluminous hair.
November 2024

The pair reunited on screen for their first Hallmark movie together, Believe in Christmaswhich aired on the network “Countdown to Christmas.” Ori shared behind-the-scenes photos from the set, including a fight between the couple.
December 2024
Reardon opened up about his journey with tonsil cancer after going out on “the first night of my recovery”. He revealed via Instagram that it’s been a “long journey” he’s been able to endure because of the “love and support I’ve had from the people in my life.”
He praised Ori, who he described as his “wonderful partner” for “taking on our whole world to help me get better.” The actor said their children “inspired” his recovery and that mom and dad were there every step of the way.
Reardon also paid tribute to his siblings who “helped with the kids and the challenges of life when I couldn’t,” as well as his relatives, neighbors and medical staff who stood up for him.
“Kindness is an underrated quality in people. We should never underestimate that,” he added. “Celebrate it and spread it as much as you can. It’s free and life-changing. Happy holiday 🫶🏻”.
